  • How long does a headshot session take?

    Individual sessions are booked for an hour typically. This allows time for tailered images and and the client selection process. For team or event headshots, we tailor the timing based on the number of participants—usually 3–5 minutes per person.

  • Will I be able to choose my favorite image?

    Yes. After the session, you’ll review your images and select your preferred shot(s). We then provide high-resolution, retouched files ready for use.

  • How soon will I receive my final headshot?

    Final edited images are delivered within 1–5 business days depending on volume. Rush options are available if you need a quicker turnaround.

    Yes. Each participant receives a personalized gallery link where they can view, select, and download their headshot—on the spot or after the event. We also offer optional retouching services.

  • How many people can you photograph in a day?

    Depending on your schedule, we can photograph between 30–40 individuals per hour. The setup is designed for efficiency without compromising quality, and is scalable based on your event size.
